Tale O' The Dog

We believe in whole cuts and whole grains. Our beef hot dogs are made from whole cuts of brisket and chuck shoulder, our pork dogs are made with pork shoulder, and our chicken dogs with chicken thighs. We would never put something in our dogs that we wouldn't eat on its own. All our hot dogs are cured without the use of nitrites, nitrates, or other curing salts. Our buns are baked in-house with organic flour that is milled on-site.
